Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and MilkCloud (the “Service Provider”) governing the download, installation, access to, and use of the App and related network acceleration services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with this agreement and the related rules displayed within the Service. Without prior written authorization, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the App, related code, trademarks, or derivative materials. All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. We may adjust features, pricing, plans, or service content when reasonably necessary, and will provide notice where appropriate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, account, and verification information, and you should avoid using the App on jailbroken, rooted, or otherwise compromised systems.

The Service may rely on necessary third-party services or infrastructure, including tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or similar components. Your use of the Service may therefore also be subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

The availability of the App depends on a working internet connection, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If access is limited, interrupted, or degraded because of device arrears, roaming charges, throttling, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or other third-party network conditions, the Service Provider is not responsible for the resulting costs, delays, or limitations. Before using the App, please ensure that you have permission to use the relevant network and to incur any associated charges.

You are responsible for your own use of the Service, including risks arising from account sharing, device battery depletion, misconfiguration, or unlawful conduct. We may update the App to improve compatibility, security, or features, but we do not guarantee permanent compatibility with all legacy devices, operating systems, or third-party clients. We may suspend, limit, or terminate some or all of the Service when reasonably necessary, and any license granted to you to use the App may end when the Service ends.

This agreement may be updated periodically, and the latest version will be posted on the relevant page. Unless otherwise stated, updates take effect on the date of publication (effective date of the current version: October 4, 2025).
